Le présent Accord-Cadre a pour objet l’acquisition, l’installation, la mise en service, la formation et la maintenance d’un parc d’échographes pour plusieurs disciplines médicales : - Cardiologie - Gynécologie - Radiologie - Sénologie - Soins intensifs Chaque discipline médicale possède ses propres exigences techniques minimales. Par conséquent, l’accord-cadre est divisé en 5 lots. L’Accord-cadre, toutes conditions définies, sous réserve de l’obsolescence et de l’évolutivité des technologies, s’exécute avec un mono-adjudicataire par lot.

Par conséquent, il n’y a pas de remise en concurrence ultérieure et l’acquisition des fournitures s’organise via bons de commande.
