Am Ziegelberg, Gomadingen-Offenhausen, Ersatzneubau Waldschulheim, Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 HOAI, Das Neubauprojekt Waldschulheim Schwäbische Alb soll im Rahmen der Lehroffensive "Waldpädagogik" des Landes Baden-Württemberg durchgeführt werden. Dazu soll das Baugrundstück mit den für das Waldschulheim geplanten Freianlagen wie z.B. Retentionsflächen, Zufahrtswege, Sport- und Spielfelder, Grillstelle oder Kommunikationsbereiche für kleien und große Gruppen ausgestattet werden.
Bei der Freianlagenplanung müssen die Belange der Gebäudeplanung, der Gebäudetechnik (HLSK, ELT) sowie des Nutzers einbezogen werden. 500er Kosten: 1.800.000 € brutto. Termine: Einreichung Baugesuch 05/2026, Bauzeit: Ca. 04/2027 - 12/2028.
