Raamovereenkomst voor het uitvoeren van inventarisaties en conditiemetingen volgens NEN2767. De opdracht bestaat enerzijds uit het inventariseren, inspecteren en bepalen van de conditiestaat van gebouw en terrein elementen. Anderzijds uit het inventariseren en inspecteren van gebouw gebonden installaties.
De diensten, hierna als verzamelnaam te noemen “inspecties”, bestaan in hoofdzaak uit:
- toetsing van bestaande inventarisatiegegevens
- opmeten, nameten of tellen van gebouwelementen
- inventaris en gebreken documenteren via fotorapportage
- bepalen van elementcondities
- onderhoudsactiviteiten bepalen per element
- urgenties en aspecten bepalen per activiteit
- bepalen van activiteiten uitgezet in tijd en geld (genereren meerjarenplanning)
- beoordeling technische en functionele veroudering
- opstellen van een inspectierapport van curatieve werken
