in BW a attribué un marché de services relatif à la mise à disposition de personnel intérimaire, qui a pris effet au 1.09.2025. Le cahier des charges de ce marché précisait que « L’adjudicataire s’engage à mettre à la disposition du pouvoir adjudicateur, les travailleurs intérimaires, au plus tard dans les 7 jours calendrier qui suivent toute demande formulée avant 18 heures. Passé ce délai, le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve le droit de recourir à d’autres sociétés d’intérim. ».
Le présent accord-cadre concerne la mise à disposition de personnel intérimaire qui n’a pu être mis à disposition dans les 7 jours par l’attributaire du marché principal, ce dernier ne pouvant évidemment pas être attributaire du présent marché.
