De opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met meerdere ondernemers voor:
- het verlenen van juridisch advies en/of ondersteuning in specifieke materies. aan de diensten van:
- het lokaal bestuur Hemiksem (gemeente, OCMW) De opdracht is onderverdeeld in verschillende percelen.
Voor elk perceel wordt een raamovereenkomst afgesloten met twee ondernemers, waaraan de deelopdrachten worden toegewezen volgens een cascadesysteem gecombineerd met specifieke kennisvereisten per dossier. De opdracht houdt geen verplichting in om alle juridische opdrachten aan de gekozen dienstverleners toe te wijzen. Het bestuur heeft wel de intentie om zoveel mogelijk met de gekozen dienstverleners samen te werken.
De dossiers die tijdens de looptijd van de opdracht werden toevertrouwd, zullen verder, onder dezelfde voorwaarden worden afgewerkt en afgehandeld. Jaarlijks zal er een evaluatie plaatsvinden door de opdrachtgever.
