Predmet javnega naročila je izgradnja prizidka(ov) k obstoječemu zdravstvenemu domu na zahodni in južni strani. Gre za izgradnjo troetažnega prizidka na skrajnem južnem delu in dvoetažnega prizidka na zahodni strani obstoječega objekta. Na zahodni strani bodo predhodno odstranjeni prostori ambulant in uprave ZD Medvode.
Za osnovni gradbeni material nosilnih konstrukcij bo uporabljen armirani-beton.
