Deze diensten kunnen zowel van op het water als van op de oever gebeuren. Locatie:
- De Ringvaart (van de sluis te Merelbeke tot de monding in de Zeeschelde)
- De Zeeschelde (van de stuwsluis te Gentbrugge tot de monding van de Beneden-Durme)
- De Tijarm (van de stuw te Zwijnaarde tot de monding in de Ringvaart te Merelbeke)
- De Beneden-Durme (van de dam in Lokeren tot aan de monding in de Zeeschelde). De opgesomde lijst is niet limitatief. Naast de voormelde locaties kan de aanbestedende overheid dus ook nog andere locaties aanduiden.
