Toelichting van de opdracht: De opdrachtnemer zal de aanbestedende overheid ondersteunen bij het opnemen van de functie van Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) en bij het uitwerken, implementeren en opvolgen van een organisatiebreed Information Security Management System (ISMS) Het is een opdracht voor diensten zoals bedoeld in art. 2, 21° van de Wet Overheidsopdrachten. De opdracht is niet onderverdeeld in percelen.
