Dit is een raamovereenkomst met als voorwerp de gescheiden inzameling en verwerking van diverse bedrijfsafvalstoffen op verschillende locaties over heel België. De bestellers zullen bestellingen op deze overkoepelende raamovereenkomst plaatsen afgestemd naar gelang hun specifieke afvalbehoeften en operationele noden. Elke besteller is verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel beheer van zijn bestelling(en) binnen deze raamovereenkomst.

De aanbestedende overheid zal de raamovereenkomst overkoepelend opvolgen. Dit omvat het monitoren van de prestaties van de opdrachtnemer en het verwerken van kwartaalrapportages met betrekking tot de afnames door de bestellers.
