Deze opdracht bevat het uitvoeren van bloedafnames aan huis in opdracht van het Klinisch laboratorium Azorg, door gediplomeerde verpleegkundige, door middel van eigen transport. De opdracht omvat ook: - bloedafname bij patiënten thuis volgens de evidence based protocollen van de eigen organisatie, inclusief het aanprikken van poortcatheters - het afnemen van bloedstalen in medische centra of woonzorg centra - het maken van de afspraak voor bloedafname met de patiënt en eventueel herplannen indien nodig - het identificeren en traceerbaar maken van het afgenomen staal - bewaring en transport van het staal conform vooropgestelde transport condities door klinisch labo AZORG - afleveren van de stalen op vooraf afgesproken pick-up punten - het gebruiken van de AZORG labo informatiesysteem waarvoor logins zullen worden voorzien In eerste instantie, maar niet beperkt tot, de regio's Oost Vlaanderen en Vlaams Brabant.
