Advies en begeleiding aan Gentse noodkopers bij kwaliteitsvol en energiezuinig wonen en renoveren. De Stad Gent en OCMW Gent voorzien ondersteuning aan kwetsbare Gentse eigenaar-bewoners waarvan de woning in slechte staat verkeert en die niet over de financiële middelen (kunnen) beschikken om deze voldoende te renoveren, zogenaamde ‘noodkopers’. De ondersteuning bestaat uit een financiële ondersteuning voor de (energetische) renovatie van nood(koop)woningen.
De financiële middelen worden deels door de Stad Gent en OCMW Gent voorzien, voor een ander deel zal een aanvraag bij het Vlaams Noodkoopfonds ingediend worden. Naast het ter beschikking stellen van financiële middelen, voorziet het project ook in sociale begeleiding en technische begeleiding van het renovatietraject. De technische begeleiding vormt het voorwerp van dit bestek.
