Description
De opdracht heeft als voorwerp het leveren van koffie (zowel bonen als gemalen, oploskoffie en gedecafeïneerde koffie). Vitaz beschikt over verschillende cafetaria's op diverse sites waar met volautomatische koffiemachines bonenkoffie verkocht wordt aan personeelsleden en bezoekers maar waar eveneens gratis koffie (op basis van oploskoffie) wordt aangeboden aan personeelsleden. Alle medewerkers beschikken over gratis koffie op hun afdeling waar ze tewerkgesteld zijn.
Daarnaast voorziet Vitaz in verschillende gebouwen koffie voor vergaderingen met zowel een groot als een klein aantal deelnemers. Hiervoor wordt kwalitatieve gemalen koffie gezet via een TH-koffiezetapparaat met thermos of via een percolatorsysteem (5L en 10L). De koffie die aangeboden wordt aan patiënten maakt ook deel uit van deze opdracht.
Woonzorg Samen Ouder vzw staat in voor het beheer van 6 erkende woonzorgcentra. Daar wordt gemalen koffie aangeboden aan bewoners en personeelsleden.
