Opdrachtgever volgt een Europese niet-openbare aanbestedingsprocedure volgens de Aanbestedingswet (Aw) en het Aanbestedingsreglement werken 2016 (ARW 2016), gepubliceerd op het aanbestedingsplatform TenderNed. Het in bouwteam ontwerpen en realiseren van een SPIL-centrum met een oppervlakte van ca. 2200 m2 BVO waarbij architect en ontwerpadviseurs als ontwerpteam wordt ingehuurd door de opdrachtgever. Het gebouw zal ruimte bieden aan de basisschool Karel de Grote, BSO, het kinderdagverblijf Korein en de GGD.
