Voor deze raamovereenkomst zijn we op zoek naar partners die POAB kunnen ondersteunen bij de verschillende activatie/logistieke opdrachten en events die POAB organiseert of aan deelneemt. Perceel 1 “Activatie & logistieke ondersteuning” bevat opdrachten die bv. de ontwikkeling van beursstanden omvat alsook de logistieke ondersteuning voor openingen, inhuldigingen on site, promotiecampagnes doorheen de haven, voorzien van aankleding, visuals en inrichting van locaties voor promoacties, jobdagen, netwerkmomenten, etc. Dit perceel bevat opdrachten nationaal (België) & internationaal.
Perceel 2 “Evenementiële ondersteuning” bevat opdrachten waarbij de partner zal instaan voor de A-Z uitwerking van bv. personeelsfeesten (Sinterklaasfeest, Nieuwjaarsfeest, Zomerfeest,…), persconferenties (al dan niet hybride) alsook grootschaligere B2B/ B2C events zoals mogelijks een Vlaamse Havendag, speciale vieringen, etc. Dit perceel bevat opdrachten nationaal (België) & mogelijks internationaal.
