De overheidsopdracht heeft als voorwerp het afsluiten van een polis arbeidsongevallen voor het voltallig personeel van het Universitair Ziekenhuis Gent. Hieronder wordt begrepen als volgt: - Een dekking arbeidsongevallen conform wet 3 juli 1967 - Een aanvullende waarborg excedent - Een dekking arbeidsongevallen conform wet 10 april 1971 indien en voor zover toepasselijk op specifieke persoonscategorieën – detailbespreking in het bestek) Niet-verplichte waarborg beroepsziekten: de waarborg beroepsziekten wordt niet verplicht opgenomen in de opdracht. De inschrijvers hebben wel de mogelijkheid om deze waarborg aan te bieden.

In dat geval zal dit in een apart gunningscriterium gewaardeerd worden. Meer informatie m.b.t. de waarborg beroepsziekten zal worden meegegeven in het bijzonder bestek.
