Deze opdracht betreft de aankoop en implementatie van een elektronische preoperatieve screeningsysteem met als doel preoperatieve anamnese, voorlichting over anesthesietechnieken en het in kaart brengen van benodigd beleid te automatiseren Het systeem maakt het mogelijk om de preoperatieve screening in de thuissetting te doen, op een veilige manier of in het ziekenhuis als dat benodigd is. Het systeem wordt gekoppeld met ons KWS. Het aangeboden systeem maakt het mogelijk vragenlijst en animatievideo's naar patiënten te sturen in verschillende talen.

Het aangeboden systeem verzamelt de antwoorden en data per patiënt, bewaard ze in het KWS, analyseert de antwoorden en geeft suggesties voor volgende stappen op basis van de antwoorden.
