Cet accord-cadre porte sur le meulage des usures ondulatoires et de reprofilage des rails sur le réseau des voies métro de la STIB. Le travail se fera exclusivement de nuit et couvrira les campagnes annuelles et interventions d’urgence. Les campagnes ont lieu pendant toute la durée de l’année.
Le véhicule de meulage (un camion rail route de meulage ou un train meuleur) doit donc être disponible pendant toute l’année.
