Description
Brussels Airport Company (BAC) is voornemens een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor de levering, implementatie en ondersteuning van een People Flow Monitoring (PFM) oplossing voor alle relevante use cases binnen de luchthavenomgeving. De raamovereenkomst omvat de levering van hardware en/of sensoren, alsook de bijhorende software, integraties, implementatiediensten en ondersteuningsdiensten. De initiële scope richt zich op de monitoring van kernprocessen zoals check-in, security screening/connectors en curb-to-gate flows.
De raamovereenkomst kan tevens voorzien in toekomstige uitbreidingen, waaronder de integratie of vervanging van bestaande People Flow Monitoring-touchpoints, de uitbreiding naar bijkomende terminalzones en de ondersteuning van grote infrastructuurprojecten. De PFM-oplossing dient minimaal te voorzien in operationele procesmonitoring en end-to-end journey- en flowmonitoring, en moet BAC op hoog niveau inzicht verschaffen in onder meer verkeers- en aankomstpatronen, route- en bewegingsanalyse, verblijfs- en wachttijden, bezettingsgraad per zone, doorlooptijden, queue-dynamiek, gedragsanalyse, vluchtgebaseerde inzichten en passagierssegmentatie.
