Raamovereenkomst voor het onderhoud en herstellingen aan gasgestookte installaties De opdracht omvat het tweejaarlijks preventief onderhoud van de gasgestookte installaties, alsook het curatief onderhoud, en het uitvoeren van herstellingswerken, vervangingswerken en eventuele aanpassingen om de gasgestookte installaties (verwarming en warmwaterproductie) in optimale staat van werking te houden. De aannemer verbindt zich ertoe alle prestaties uit te voeren met de nodige zorg, nauwkeurigheid en vakbekwaamheid, overeenkomstig de regels van de kunst.
