Description
Het project omvat de nieuwbouw van een basisschool en tienerschool. Deze nieuwbouw of nieuwe uitbreiding wordt voorzien op campus Athena Drie Hofsteden. Op de campus bevinden zich al een aantal schoolgebouwen, die in interactie met de nieuwbouw zullen staan.
De sloop van 4 staalskelet paviljoenen en het voorzien van tijdelijke huisvesting tijdens de uitvoeringsfase voor een aantal leerlingen is inbegrepen in de opdracht. Ook de aanleg van de buitenomgeving voor de basis- en tienerschool maakt deel uit van voorliggende opdracht. Pedagogisch wordt er volop ingezet op innovatief onderwijs.
Het programma omvat flexibele leerruimtes met verschillende zoneringen, administratieve lokalen, polyvalente ruimtes, sanitair, technische ruimtes en omgevingsaanleg. De bouwsite ligt in de Minister De Taeyelaan 11 te 8500 Kortrijk. Het indicatieve Projectbudget is 10.000.000 euro incl.
