De opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van flessen drinkwater en levering van fruitsappen aan het AZ Sint Brugge AV. De opdracht wordt gegund via openbare procedure en afgesloten voor een duur van 48 maanden vanaf 01/01/2027. De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich het recht voor om de overeenkomst éénmaal te verlengen voor een bijkomende periode van 24 maanden, onder dezelfde voorwaarden, mits goedkeuring van de Raad van Bestuur en kennisgeving aan de opdrachtnemer minstens drie maanden vóór het einde van de lopende contractperiode.

Voor elk perceel is een afzonderlijke inventaris toegevoegd als Excel bijlage bij dit bestek. Deze inventaris bevat de lijst van producten, hoeveelheden, verpakkingsvormen en eenheidsmaten die behoren tot het desbetreffende perceel.
