Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture d’une plateforme d'optimisation du taux de conversion (CRO). Cet outil devra permettre de collecter, analyser et visualiser les données comportementales des utilisateurs sur différents canaux numériques (site web et application mobile). L’objectif est d'optimiser les parcours clients, de réduire les points de friction, et de réaliser des tests continus pour améliorer les taux de conversion ainsi que l’expérience utilisateur.
