Description

Toelichting: ERP-Systeem met geïntegreerde modules voor boekhouding, aankoop, begrotingsopvolging, contractbeheer, opvolging overheidsopdrachten en managementrapportering. De implementatie van een geïntegreerd en toekomstbestendig ERP-systeem, bij voorkeur gebaseerd op cloud-technologie. AgII zoekt niet enkel een boekhoudtool, maar een geavanceerd platform dat de complexiteit van haar financiële processen en operationele behoeften kan ondersteunen.

Het nieuwe systeem moet zowel de boekhoudkundige processen moderniseren als integreren met andere functionele applicaties, zoals Salesforce. Door de implementatie van een moderner systeem kan AgII:

De automatiseringscapaciteit verhogen: Door geautomatiseerde workflows en processen, zoals de verwerking van facturen en goedkeuringsprocessen, te ondersteunen, kan de operationele efficiëntie worden verhoogd.
De rapportagemogelijkheden verbeteren: Het nieuwe systeem moet geavanceerde en real-time managementrapportages ondersteunen, waardoor de organisatie sneller en beter geïnformeerde beslissingen kan nemen.
De integratiemogelijkheden uitbreiden: Het ERP-systeem moet naadloze koppelingen bieden met andere tools, zoals Salesforce, Isabel, 3P… wat de samenwerking en gegevensuitwisseling aanzienlijk zal verbeteren.
Contractbeheer optimaliseren: Een geïntegreerd contractmanagementsysteem binnen het ERP-platform zal het beheer en de opvolging van contracten aanzienlijk verbeteren, waardoor handmatige processen en inefficiënties worden geëlimineerd. Door te investeren in een ERP-systeem kan AgII haar operationele efficiëntie verbeteren en beter inspelen op de complexiteit van haar opdrachten en de behoefte aan snellere en meer accurate rapportages. Deze verandering sluit aan bij de visie van AgII op digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie, waarmee de organisatie haar decretale opdrachten beter kan uitvoeren.
