De scheidingsmuur met de achterliggende buren moet wel behouden blijven en worden verstevigd.  Schoolgebouw van max. 3650 m² bruto-opp. incl. vast meubilair.  Omgevingsaanleg met verharding en overdekte speelplaatsen. De projectdefinitie beschrijft in grote lijnen de volgende opdracht: Het project heeft tot doel het slopen van de bestaande gebouwen en het bouwen van een innovatieve tienerschool voor 290 leerlingen met omgevingsaanleg op de projectsite.
