Het voorwerp van deze opdracht betreft het plaatsen van buitenschrijnwerk van een groepswoning voor mensen met een beperking. De groepswoning bestaat uit: - 20 aparte kamers - 2 leefruimtes - Een polyvalente ruimte - Verschillende ruimtes zoals bergingen, gemeenschappelijke badkamers en sanitair en dergelijke ter ondersteuning van de werking. Een deel van het gebouw is onderkelderd ten behoeve van de nodige technische installaties.
Het totaalproject betreft twee groepswoningen zoals hierboven beschreven. De woningen zullen in twee fasen uitgevoerd worden doormiddel van een herhalingsopdracht. Een herhalingsopdracht houdt in dat de aanbesteder een nieuwe opdracht voor werken, die bestaat uit de herhaling van soortgelijke werken of diensten, rechtstreeks mag gunnen aan de opdrachtnemer van de oorspronkelijke opdracht.
