Brussels Airport Company (BAC) is voornemens een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor de opzet en implementatie van een Data Governance Platform. De opdracht heeft tot doel de implementatie van een enterprise-wide data governance en data quality framework binnen Brussels Airport Company (BAC). Dit framework moet zorgen voor betrouwbare, consistente, conforme en goed beheerde data over de volledige organisatie heen.
Gezien de verschillende aard, doelstellingen en marktpositionering van data governance-oplossingen enerzijds en data quality-oplossingen anderzijds, wordt de opdracht opgesplitst in twee afzonderlijke percelen. Elk perceel kan afzonderlijk worden ingediend en gegund. Perceel 1 betreft de levering en implementatie van een data governance platform dat de beleidsmatige, organisatorische en documenterende aspecten van data governance binnen BAC ondersteunt.
Perceel 2 betreft de levering en implementatie van een data quality en observability platform dat instaat voor het actief monitoren, meten, valideren van de kwaliteit van data binnen BAC.
