Le Comité économique et social européen (CESE), en tant qu'institution principale, et le Comité des régions (CDR), en tant qu'institution associée, envisagent de conclure un contrat-cadre de services ayant pour objet le service de gardiennage, de surveillance, de dispatching, de réception et prestations y afférentes.
