Description

De boekhouding van de hulpverleningszones wordt geregeld door het Koninklijk Besluit van 19 april 2014 houdende het algemeen reglement op de boekhouding van de hulpverleningszones. Hulpverleningszone 1 West-Vlaanderen wenst een boekhoudpakket die minimaal tegemoetkomt aan de regels vastgelegd in het K.B. van 19 april 2014. Daarnaast wenst Zone 1 te werken volgens de methodieken van de Beleids- en Beheerscyclus (BBC) met als doel de eenvormigheid na te streven van de boekhoudkundige registraties zoals bij de gemeenten, zodat de hulpverleningszone op dezelfde manier kan werken.

Dit houdt in dat het aangeboden BBC-boekhoudpakket moet voldoen aan de wettelijke verplichtingen inzake rapportering naar de federale overheid.
