Beschafft wird Herstellerunterstützung durch die Fa. SynFlow für Anpassungen und hausspezifische Erweiterungen ihrer Softwareprodukte. Diese Produkte werden in unterschiedlichen Bereichen eingesetzt und bedingen sich teilweise gegenseitig.
Die Unterstützung dient der Optimierung unserer Prozesse in verschiedenen Abteilungen der DRV Bund. Zudem sichert sie unsere Mitarbeiter durch themengebundene Coachings ab und baut unser internes Wissen weiter aus. ca. 1000 PT / 48 Monate Laufzeit inkl. Verlängerungoption 2x um jeweils 1 Jahr
