Description

Het Resource Management Systeem zal handmatige (en occasioneel) extern beheerde processen voor de planning en toewijzing van belangrijke luchthavenresources vervangen: incheckbalies, bagage chutes en belts, voertuigen/baangebruik voor winteroperaties en luchthavenpersoneel. Het doel is om de efficiëntie te verbeteren, fouten en doorlooptijden te verminderen en een beter gebruik van de beschikbare capaciteit mogelijk te maken. Het project heeft als doel een oplossing te leveren die geschikt is voor elk type resource en de vereiste functionaliteiten.

De overheidsopdracht zal worden georganiseerd in twee percelen: Perceel 1: Raamovereenkomst voor implementatie en ondersteuning van een Airport Resource Management tool voor planning en optimalisatie, specifiek voor de planning van check-in balies en toewijzing van chutes en inbound belts voor bagage. Perceel 2: Raamovereenkomst voor implementatie en ondersteuning van een Airport Resource Management tool voor planning en dispatching, specifiek voor winteroperaties en luchthavenpersoneel.
