Dit bestek heeft als doel het afsluiten van een overeenkomst voor het onderhoud en de herstelling van Ford-voertuigen in het wagenpark van de stad. De opdracht omvat zowel de levering van originele onderdelen als de uitvoering van specifieke onderhouds- en herstellingswerken, met als uitgangspunt een efficiënte, transparante en kwalitatieve dienstverlening. Om de operationele inzetbaarheid van de voertuigen te garanderen, dient de inschrijver een gestructureerd en toegankelijk systeem aan te bieden voor het raadplegen en bestellen van onderdelen en diensten.
Dit omvat onder meer een volledige catalogus met prijslijst, een digitale zoek- en bestelfunctionaliteit en een duidelijke bestelprocedure. Daarnaast worden transparante afspraken verwacht over facturatie, levering en retourbeheer. Naast de levering van wisselstukken kan de stad in bepaalde gevallen een beroep doen op de werkplaats van de inschrijver voor onderhoud, herstellingen, diagnose en carrosseriewerken.
De vergoeding voor deze diensten gebeurt op basis van vaste tarieven, waarbij een duidelijke tariefstructuur wordt gehanteerd.
