Description
Schoonmaak is een essentiële dienst op Brussels Airport vanwege het grote belang ervan voor de beleving van onze passagiers. In de afgelopen jaren is duidelijk geworden dat het hospitality-aspect van schoonmaak niet zomaar een trend is, maar een strategische hefboom om zowel de passagierstevredenheid als de betrokkenheid van medewerkers te verbeteren. De aanbesteding bestaat uit twee percelen en heeft als bedoeling een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één of twee partijen.
De scope van de toekomstige beide contracten omvat alle schoonmaakactiviteiten, waaronder periodieke en reguliere schoonmaak, gespecialiseerde schoonmaak, interventies, interieurglasbewassing, de aankoop van verbruiksgoederen, kleine herstellingen, afvalbeheer en bijkomende. Deze activiteiten worden per perceel door dezelfde partij uitgevoerd. Het onderscheid ligt in de zones zelf.
Wanneer kandidaten aan beide percelen deelnemen, zal in de offerte een synergievoorstel worden gevraagd.
