Bauvorhaben Neubau Integrierte Leitstelle Ingolstadt Die Bauaufgabe umfasst die Errichtung eines gewerkeübergreifenden Gebäudeautomationssystems zur zentralen Steuerung, Regelung, Überwachung und Bedienung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Die Gebäudeautomation übernimmt die übergeordnete Betriebsführung der Heizungs-, Kälte- und Lüftungstechnik sowie der Raumautomation. Die Management- u Bedienebene dient der Visualisierung, Bedienung, Parametrierung und Meldungsverarbeitung sowie der Weiterleitung definierter Meldungen an externe Stelle.
Die Automationsebene wird dezentral über sechs Automationsschwerpunkte aufgebaut, welche die Steuerungs-, Regelungs- u Überwachungsfunktionen der zugeordneten Anlagen übernehmen. Die Raumautomation erfolgt etagenweise als zentrale Insellösung. Die Anbindung der Feldebene erfolgt physikalisch sowie via Modbus.
Ein Schwerpunkt bildet die Wärme- u. Kälteversorgung mit übergeordnetem Management der Erzeugung und Verteilung durch die Gebäudeautomation
