Le présent marché a pour objet l’acquisition de machines à bois à des fins pédagogiques destiné aux centres de compétences du Forem. L’attention du soumissionnaire est attirée sur le fait que le présent marché public est soumis au respect du principe DNSH. Le principe « Ne pas causer de préjudice important » (en anglais ‘Do No Significant Harm’ – DNSH) vise à vérifier que les projets ne causent pas de préjudice important aux objectifs environnementaux Européens définis dans le Règlement Européen sur la Taxonomie (2020/852).
Le principe DNSH a aussi pour but d’encourager les investissements et réformes alignés sur les politiques et stratégies et environnementales de l’Union européenne. Dans cette optique, le Forem impose que l’adjudicataire propose du matériel incluant des considérations environnementales et respecte la réglementation DNSH.
