L’accord-cadre est un accord cadre de fournitures qui a pour objet : « Location de licences d'accès à une plateforme de micro-apprentissage en ligne », afin de répondre aux besoins en matière d'apprentissage en ligne au sein de CM-MC, en particulier dans les domaines des ICT et de la cybersécurité. La plateforme envisagée doit fournir des formations de qualité, actualisées et axées sur la pratique à l'intention du public cible des ICT. La plateforme doit au minimum couvrir les domaines suivants :
- Développement de logiciels TIC
- Infrastructure TI
- Science des données
- Cloud computing
- Internet des objets (IoT)
- Cybersécurité
- Intelligence artificielle En outre, la plateforme doit fournir :
- Des parcours d'apprentissage, de préférence axés sur la préparation à la certification
- Des exercices interactifs en laboratoire
- Des possibilités d'évaluation
- Des rapports d'utilisation et un suivi La solution doit être proposée sous forme de Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), avec une interface conviviale et un accès flexible pour les utilisateurs finaux. Il s'agit d'un contrat-cadre avec un seul contractant.
