POAB verleent logistieke ondersteuning aan het Federaal Agentschap voor de Veiligheid van de Voedselketen (FAVV) op de grensinspectiepost linkeroever in Antwerpen en op de grensinspectiepost in Zeebrugge. Daarnaast verleent POAB ook logistieke ondersteuning aan de douane op de grensinspectieposten op rechter- en linkeroever in Antwerpen. Voor het uitvoeren van deze activiteiten doet POAB beroep op een dienstverlener(s) die gekwalificeerde werkkrachten kan leveren die, gelet op de aard van de uit te voeren taken, over het statuut van havenarbeider beschikken en administratieve medewerkers met een logistiek profiel.
