Le marché de services consiste en la réalisation de certification PEB, conformément à la législation en vigueur en région wallonne, de l’ensemble du patrimoine de l’adjudicateur pour : - Tous les logements dont le certificat PEB résidentiel n’est plus valable - Tous les logements dont le certificat PEB résidentiel doit être renouvelé suite à des travaux de rénovation énergétique - Tous les logements dont le certificat PEB résidentiel est inexistant - Tous les logements dans le cadre d’une vente. Les immeubles à appartements qui disposent d’une installation commune de chauffage, d’eau chaude sanitaire, de ventilation ou de panneaux solaires photovoltaïques doivent faire l’objet d’un « rapport partiel » délivré par un certificateur.
