SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. ---------------- Es soll die Seitzhalle Typenbau (EFSH) Geb. 07 Grundinstandgesetzt werden. Das Dach erhält eine Renovationsbahn, Erneuerung der Fassaden.- Fensterelemente + Zugangstür + Erneuerung des gesamten Sportbodens inkl. UK.
Im Sani-tärtrakt werden die Böden getauscht und die Duschen und WCs erneuert. --------------- Hier: Metallbau -------------- Demontagearbeiten, Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade, Alu-Fenster, Außentüren/Innentüren Stahl, Dokumentation und Nachweisarbeiten
