De opdracht is opgedeeld in volgende percelen: Perceel Nr. 1: Aanstellen van een revisor voor de boekjaren 2026 t.e.m. 2029 voor Universitair Ziekenhuis Gent. Perceel Nr. 2: Aanstellen van een revisor voor de boekjaren 2026 t.e.m. 2029 voor de Universiteit Gent en het aangaan van een raamovereenkomst voor het afleveren “op afroep” van Audit Certificates voor onderzoeks- en onderwijsprojecten (waaronder o.a. projecten van de Europese kaderprogramma’s). Het gaat meer bepaald om het uitvoeren van de volgende taken:
- Het uitvoeren van controles van de uitgaven van UGent (en mogelijks zeer sporadisch van UZ Gent), in het kader van onderzoeks- en onderwijsprojecten.
- Het formuleren van de bevindingen in een Audit Certificate of Certificate on the Financial Statements.
