De opdracht bestaat uit twee (2) percelen. Perceel 1 betreft de aankoop en levering van LED-verlichting voor de Budascoop overeenkomstig de technische bepalingen zoals uiteengezet in deel IV ‘Technische bepalingen’ (i.e. de leveringsfase). De levering van de LED-verlichting dient zo snel mogelijk te gebeuren en de (laatste) levering dient uiterlijk op 8 september 2026 plaats te vinden.

Perceel 2 betreft de aankoop, de levering én de installatie van LASER-projectoren voor de Budascoop overeenkomstig de technische bepalingen zoals uiteengezet in deel IV ‘Technische bepalingen’ (i.e. de leverings- en installatiefase). Aangezien het voorstel afhankelijk is van de netwerkstructuur, moet de inschrijver een voorstel in diens offerte aanleveren waarin het gevraagde is voorzien. De vier (4) ruimtes (zalen 3, 4, 5 én 1) moeten via TMS bestuurd kunnen worden.

De levering, de (volledige) installatie én de opleiding moeten verplicht door de opdrachtnemer gebeuren in de periode van 17 augustus 2026 tot 8 september 2026. De LASER-projectoren moeten uiterlijk 8 september 2026 volledig operationeel zijn.
