Description
Het provinciebestuur heeft voor de ontwikkeling van een bepaalde webtoepassing gekozen om gebruik te maken van de ontwikkelomgeving Mendix van de firma Siemens. Het provinciebestuur wenst nu om het beheer van licenties van Mendix aan te besteden via een aparte overeenkomst zodat er eventueel bijkomende licenties aangekocht kunnen worden. Zowel om het aantal gebruikers van de reeds bestaande toepassing te kunnen verhogen alsook om eventueel bijkomende licenties voor nieuwe toepassingen aan te kopen.
Er bestaat daarnaast ook de mogelijkheid dat het provinciebestuur beslist om, binnen de Mendix omgeving, nieuwe toepassingen te ontwikkelen en/of de bestaande toepassing uit te breiden. Hiervoor wil het provinciebestuur beroep kunnen doen op externe expertise en kennis met betrekking tot het Mendix ontwikkelplatform. Hierbij is het wel steeds de bedoeling dat de interne ontwikkelaars van het provinciebestuur Vlaams-Brabant nauw betrokken worden bij het project zodat zij ervan kunnen leren en zelfredzaam kunnen worden.
Kennisoverdracht is dan ook een belangrijk aspect hierbij.
