Description
Het betreft een raamovereenkomst met meerdere deelnemers voor het leveren van brandstoffen voor bedrijfsvoertuigen met tankkaarten. Omdat alle voorwaarden zijn bepaald in dit bestek, zullen de deelnemers achteraf niet opnieuw in mededinging worden gebracht. De in de inventaris opgenomen brandstofvolumes zullen toegewezen worden in functie van bereikbaarheid van het tankstation vanaf de woonplaats en de werkronde van de medewerker.
De raamovereenkomst zal voor al de percelen per perceel worden gesloten met maximaal 3 opdrachtnemers, voor zo ver er voldoende geldige offertes zijn. Een meer gedetailleerde beschrijving is terug te vinden in paragraaf 2.14. De raamovereenkomst is voor drie (3) jaar en kan maximaal twee (2) maal verlengd worden met twaalf (12) maanden.
