Le marché porte sur la fourniture et la mise en œuvre complète d'un système de gestion financière et comptable existant sur le marché, lequel est à adapter aux besoins des différents utilisateurs de la Ville de Charleroi. Son objectif est de remplacer le système actuel tournant sur Mainframe Bull ainsi qu’un certain nombre d’applications satellites qui sont datées.

Le but est de disposer d’une solution moderne et performante et adaptée aux besoins de la Ville qui ont évolué au fil du temps.
