De opdracht heeft tot voorwerp het ontwerp (Design) en de bouw (Build) van een nieuwe toevoerleiding DN700 FNG, met als doel het extra drinkwater dat wordt gegenereerd door WPC De Gavers te verdelen via Menen in de richting van Ieper.
