Description
Stichting Nidos start een Europese openbare aanbesteding voor de levering en implementatie van een geïntegreerde SaaS-suite voor bedrijfsvoeringsapplicaties. De opdracht omvat het vervangen en samenbrengen van diverse bedrijfsvoeringsprocessen (waaronder HR, salarisadministratie, declaraties, rapportages en workflowmanagement) in één modulaire oplossing. De aanleiding is het stoppen van de ondersteuning van de huidige HRM-oplossing per 2028, waardoor Nidos uiterlijk 1 januari 2027 een nieuwe werkende oplossing nodig heeft.
De initiële looptijd van de overeenkomst is vier jaar. Daarna kan Nidos de overeenkomst driemaal verlengen met twee jaar. Verlengingen vinden plaats onder gelijkblijvende voorwaarden.
De maximale looptijd van de overeenkomst is tien jaar.
