De opdracht omvat een geïntegreerde aanpak voor de ontwikkeling van pilootzone 4abc en Europark, waarbij een synergie wordt nagestreefd tussen stedenbouw en architectuur. - Stedenbouwkundig kader: actualisatie masterplan vanuit vastgoedstrategie en sociaal geografische inzichten Dit luik vormt de opmaak van een stedenbouwkundig kader als vervolg op de krachtlijnen van het masterplan. Het doel is om een sociale en functionele mix te integreren, gebaseerd op sociaalgeografisch inzichten en een haalbare vastgoedstrategie. De projectzone 4abc fungeert als pilootzone die meer in detail onderzocht wordt.
- Architectuur opdracht: sloop + nieuwbouw (+ infrastructuur) De volledige architectuuropdracht ‘Halewijn’ voor de sloop en realisatie van diverse nieuwbouwvolumes binnen het stedenbouwkundig kader, inclusief de infrastructuur van de open ruimte en de integrale aansluiting van de gebouwen op de omgeving.
