Door goedkope en veilige fietsenstallingen aan te bieden, stimuleert de stad Antwerpen het fietsgebruik bij haar bewoners.
Eens een nieuwe locatie geïdentificeerd wordt, is het de bedoeling om deze uit te rusten met de nodige fietsinfrastructuur om een zo maximaal mogelijk aantal fietsen op een ergonomische manier (8-88 jaar principe) te stallen.
