Deze opdracht heeft als doel het bevorderen van de mobiliteit en de verkeersveiligheid op de autosnelwegen A10 (E40), A14 (E17), A11 (E34) en R2 in de provincie Oost-Vlaanderen door de incidentafhandeling - waarbij takelen1 en/of het signaleren van een verkeersbelemmering nodig is - te optimaliseren. Het actiegebied werd opgedeeld in 4 percelen. Deze opdracht duidt een vaste takeldienst aan om een betere en efficiëntere dienstverlening met de beste prijs/kwaliteitsgaranties voor de weggebruiker te garanderen bij defecten, ongevallen of andere incidenten in het verkeer.
De verkeersveiligheid krijgt hierbij voorrang.
