Ce dossier d’achat a pour objet la fourniture de véhicules utilitaires équipés d’une PEMP, incluant la maintenance de l’ensemble. Dans le cadre du présent dossier, il faut entendre par :

PEMP : plate-forme élévatrice mobile de personnel : machine mobile destinée à déplacer des personnes vers une position permettant d'exécuter un travail depuis la plate-forme, la position d'accès et de sortie de la plate-forme étant située uniquement au sol ou sur le châssis, constituée au minimum par une plate-forme de travail avec organes de service, une structure extensible et un châssis
VUT : Véhicule Utilitaire, le véhicule porteur sur lequel la PEMP est installée
Véhicule : ensemble du VUT et de la PEMP incluant les équipements.

Pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise, il sera demandé une motorisation électrique pour les PEMP et les VUT demandés bénéficieront d’une motorisation thermique (Diesel).
