De afname zal gebeuren volgens de behoeften van HVZ Waasland en de klant VITAZ. Men is niet gehouden tot een afname van een bepaalde hoeveelheid. De klant (nog HVZ Waasland) kan verplicht worden om een bestelling te plaatsen.
Leveringsplaats: In onderling overleg te bepalen met VITAZ en HVZ Waasland, ergens op het grondgebied dat de hulpverlening van HVZ Waasland en VITAZ dekt.
